We provide you with a secure login feature that is hidden from your clients. When you have entered your Username and Password successfully you will be taken to the Bookings Administrator.

The image below is a screenshot example of one of the Bookings Administrator screens. Within this screen are 3 options; Reservations, Prices and Preview. The screenshot below shows the details of a fictitious reservation by Georgina Harris. You will note the status is 'Pending', this is because she has not paid the Booking Deposit of €106 plus the Security Deposit of €100 up to this stage. When the deposit has been paid the status will be changed to 'Confirmed'. Then she will still have to pay the final amount of €754 before the agreed payment date. She may choose to pay the amount over the phone or by cheque through the post. In either case the administrator will click the down arrow to the right and select 'Confirmed'. The calendar will then automatically highlight the dates on the website calendar with the 'Confirmed Colour'.

Note the small calendar icons to the right of the dates. This allows the administrator to call up the start and end dates without having to enter them manually. Pressing the 'Calculate Price' button, when the dates have been selected, will automatically enter the Price, Deposit and Security Deposit in their respective fields. Of course, the administrator can manually alter the prices in the fields if required, perhaps to forego the security deposit for a friend, for example.

If a client chooses to pay over the telephone, the administrator can enter the credit card details or relevant comments straight onto the form and press the 'Save' button, the calendar will then automatically update with the relevant details.

The following screenshot is taken from the 'Search' feature of the Bookings Administrator. This one is showing the same person with the status 'Pending'. Note the pencil and X icons to the right. These allow the booking to be edited or cancelled. In either case the calendar on the website is immediately updated.

The following screenshot is of the 'New' option within the Bookings Administrator. This is used to enter a manual booking and might be used for a client who prefers to write or telephone to check availability. Again the administrator can override the prices and other restrictions if required.

The following screenshot shows how the Bookings Administrator can easily export your booking data. Note the iCal option, this allows you to send the booking details to other websites which you might be using to advertise your property.

The following screenshot from the 'Prices' tab shows how prices are updated simply by selecting the Start Date and End Date and entering the daily rate for those dates. The website calendar is immediately updated when the 'Save' button is pressed. We set up the currency you intend to use at the point of creating your website.

The following screenshot shows the 'Preview' option which is used to check the details are accurate before logging out of the Bookings Administrator. You can choose a single calendar, or an entire year as in this example.
