Options and Costs
We provide three main options which we feel will suite most applications. However, please feel free to e-mail us to request something completely different. In any case, we aim to get you up and running quickly so you are ready for potential clients to browse your website, check the dates you have available and book online. We do everything possible to make your clients browsing experience a pleasant one in which they will feel comfortable and keen to book their next holiday.
Option A
This option is for property owners who already have a website advertising their property online but the website doesn't offer the facility to actually book online.
In other words, potential customers have to e-mail you to check availability, you have to e-mail them back with the information but by then they might have booked something elsewhere. If that sounds familiar, this option is for you.
Your Villa Online' will set up an exclusive online Booking Calendar and Administration Interface. This will be hosted securely on our server, you will simply add a link to it from your website and we will do all the back room work for you. You will be able to login to your secure area on our server and administer your bookings whenever you want. All bookings will be automatically e-mailed to you, either on your computer or mobile phone |

Option B
This option is for property owners who want to have a new website created that is totally separate and independent of any other website or online holiday booking agency. You may want this option to run parallel with your other websites to increase your online exposure for instance.
If you want total exclusivity and control to manage all the advertising and marketing yourself then this option is for you.
Your Villa Online will register your domain name (if you don't already have one), set up exclusive website hosting, create your website with the online booking calendar and administration interface, set up your e-mail addresses and hand over the completed package to you. We will give you a secure login identity to our services in case you need help and we will always be on hand to answer queries and fix problems that you might encounter in the future. |

Option C
This option is for property owners who already have a website but it's looking tired and needs a face lift. All websites need refreshing from time to time and we have a package to suit.
We will make all the modifications you require and incorporate our Online Holiday Booking Calendar and Administration Interface.
If your existing website hosting package cannot support our booking calendar software we will host it on our server and charge a small annual fee. Alternatively, you may wish to transfer to our hosting for all the additional features it offers. |
